SAMSARA IN MEDITATION
These four pieces explore the subjective cycles I experience during meditation.
It all begins with a subtle sensation at my forehead.
Energy emanates from the point between my brows, gradually expanding and intensifying into a vast, swirling vortex.
I feel my soul gently separating from the physical body, drawn into this luminous whirlpool.
In this realm of pure energy, my soul transforms—sometimes expansive, sometimes minute, occasionally solid, and at other times, fleetingly ethereal.
As the meditation unfolds, my consciousness, through cycles of disintegration and reformation, eventually coalesces into a renewed form.
My soul returns to the body, and tranquility is restored.
After a moment of serene stillness, a gentle warmth rises from my brow, and the cycle of meditation begins anew...
